I am the Project Manager II at DenMat Holdings, LLC, a leading provider and manufacturer of dental products and services. With a master's degree in business administration from Santa Clara University and expertise in business analytics, I lead and coordinate multiple projects across different departments and teams, ensuring high-quality results and value for the organization and our customers. My main role involves leading product development for medical device, cosmetic and pharmaceutical products, from defining project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, to monitoring and reporting on project progress, risks, and issues. I also facilitate collaboration and communication among stakeholders, aligning and securing their buy-in on project goals and expectations. In my previous role as a business development manager, I secured and managed several large contracts with key clients, generating revenue and growth for the company. I have a passion for learning and applying new business concepts and strategies, and I always strive to deliver excellence and innovation in my work. I bring energy, positivity, and diligence to my work environment, and I enjoy being involved in the implementation of new operations and processes.
