I proudly support two companies: Integrated Care Support Services and Aim Solutions. We work in health and social care supporting Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Care Homes, GP Federations, Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and Voluntary & Community Sector Enterprises (VCSEs). Our work is delivered by an award-winning team in partnership with key stakeholders. We offer a responsive, high quality, professional service, with productivity and sustainability at the heart of everything we do. We bring not only additional capacity, but also implement and share high quality systems and processes as we go along. Recognising the wider determinants of health we strive to: • Develop people and skills to improve attainment and 'life chances' for themselves and their families • Increase supply chain resilience, capacity and sustainability • Ensure effective stewardship over the programmes and resources we support • Reduce the disability employment gap by recruiting for diversity • Tackle workforce inequality • Improve health and wellbeing • Improve community integration I started working in the NHS in 2001, studied a BSC in Health & Social Care and post-grad MSC level in healthcare policy management & commissioning. 10 years in hospital and almost 15 years in primary care and programme environments. Over this time, I have discovered a passion for how services operate and finding ways to support delivery which is both effective and efficient. I have also discovered my strongest values relate to employment, skills development through good work and creating opportunities for work experience. As an SME, we capitalise on being able to work quickly and effectively, bringing much needed capacity and support to our stakeholders. As a team, we also dedicate significant time to pro-bono work supporting community partners, such as event and comms support, allowing us to bring some creativity and colour into our work.
