Well versed in ensuring quality service delivery in compliance with contractual and statutory requirements and with due care for the environment in both P3 and traditional facilities management. Developed and managed the implementation of an integrated Quality & Environmental Management System across the company ensuring initial ISO 9001 & 14001 certifications within each site's contractual timeframe and ongoing adherence and recertifications. Responsible for the company's audit program: conducting internal audits and overseeing team participation in client-led compliance or ISO certification audits. Mobilised five projects through to service commencement: Jim Pattison Outpatient Care & Surgery Centre (JPOCSC), RCMP "E" Division Headquarters (GTAP), Kelowna International Airport (YLW), Winnipeg International Airport (YWG), and Niagara Falls Entertainment Centre (NFEC); which involved overseeing the development and implementation of all processes and workflows necessary for contractual and statutory compliance on each project in close cooperation with the client. Managed the initial BOMA BESt Level 3 certification at the RCMP "E" Division Headquarters. Managed the implementation of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (Maximo) to meet security, contractual and regulatory requirements for each project.
