About Melanie Barbieri

Melanie Barbieri is a Senior Consultant with LHH Knightsbridge (formerly Amrop Knightsbridge) Executive Search and has over 10 years of executive search experience. Melanie is a generalist in her field and has provided executive search execution services for Board, C suite and VP level retained search mandates. Her delivery work spans a variety of industries including financial services, CPG, retail, industrial, professional services, technology, telecommunications and not-for-profit sectors. She is also well versed in a broad spectrum of functional areas including human resources, finance, sales and marketing, technology, manufacturing/operations and general management.​ Melanie has been a proud member of the LHH Knightsbridge Executive Search team (formerly Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions) for 12 years, where she began her executive search career as an Associate Researcher supporting the Consultant team. Melanie was honored to co-lead the Canadian Business Hall of Fame Selection Process in 2015.​ Melanie received an Honors Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from York University and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from George Brown College. She also maintains a CHRP​ designation.​
