As the Head of the Design Department at EQOM Group, I lead an 25+ team consisting of Brand designers, DTP designers, photographers, videographers, project leads, and content creators, focusing on developing in-house brands for sexual wellness. My role encompasses not just team leadership but also direct involvement in developing major brands and strategizing for product categories together with purchasing within our group. With core skills in Design Strategy, Leadership, Brand and Packaging Design, and Creative Concepts, I've played a crucial role in differentiating our products in a competitive market, enhancing brand loyalty, and driving growth for business. My professional journey is highlighted by international experiences, creating award-winning brands, appearances at the Dutch Design Week, and features in various magazines.
