About Melanie Boylan

I get an enormous amount of enjoyment from helping people build their confidence through my training, whether that’s in an office, classroom, workplace, or community setting. My work brings together adult education, digital communication, scalable employability, and inclusion to help individuals and organisations develop practical skills for life and work. As a digital marketing and social media trainer, I design and deliver accessible, hands-on training for adults of all ages, small businesses, and community and charity groups. My approach is practical and person-focused and at their pace, helping learners build digital confidence rather than feeling overwhelmed. I focus on them getting their time back again at the evenings and weekends, by showing them tools and strategies that help them improve their online and offline marketing visibility. Every training session aims to make learning goals clear, relevant, and enjoyable. I have also worked with organisations such as Cuidiu, Jigsaw, Vital Voices, and Universities, helping them promote their online services to children, parents, and teachers. My previous background spans education, marketing, content creation, publishing (blogger and Journalist), and communication (podcasting) all of this experience helps me connect with people from all walks of life. I am well known in the industry as one of the most patient trainers because of these skills. This experience has helped me shape the way I design and deliver my training to be engaging, inclusive, and practical. Over the years, I’ve delivered programmes with local development partnerships, enterprise offices, and community organisations, helping adults return to learning, gain digital and employability skills, and progress into further training or employment. These experiences continue to reinforce my belief that learning is most effective when it’s inclusive, empowering, and connected to real opportunities. I don't stand still in my own education either, I try to update my knowledge as often as possible and my certifications below get regularly updated.
