As a Blilingual Senior Account Manager at XpressConnect Supply, I am responsible for obtaining and processing orders, developing and qualifying opportunities, and providing support to our outside sales and national accounts teams. I have over 15 years of experience in sales administration, order management, and customer service in the oil and energy industry, working with Valvoline Global Operations, Petro-Canada Lubricants and Ultramar. In addition to my sales skills, I am also a licensed real estate agent with over 9 years of experience in marketing and selling properties, liaising between buyers and sellers, and conducting market analysis. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa and I am fluent in both English and French. My goal is to leverage my sales, negotiation, and communication skills to deliver value and satisfaction to our customers and stakeholders.
