In my current position I am responsible for processing credit cards, ACH, and wire transfers. Manually and automatically maintain lockboxes. Move money from unapplied cash to open invoices. Balancing and processing daily payment batches. Applying credit card payments and researching transaction issues. Reconcile and process chargebacks for credit card payments. Assist the collection department in tracking payment issues. Applying payments manually that is not processed automatically via lockboxes. I use various application systems such as; Oracle, GLprod, GECars, ECZone, MS Office Suite 2010, and Google Docs.
