Planning and executing approx. 13 conferences and 20 training seminars per year with up to 1500 attendees and of exhibition space. Each event consists of a general session, exhibitions, educational seminars, hands-on workshops, meals, and social events or dinners. Synchronizing all necessary departments to ensure all set ups and activities are executed in a timely manner. Contracting and working with venues in Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa as well on securing meeting space and hotel rooms, room configuration, registration and meeting materials, and ordering of catering and audio/visual equipment set-up. Managing event budgets and accountable for final invoice reconciliation, check requests, and expense allocation. Supervising and leading the events department, registration department and the exhibition department.
