I am a Human Resources and Organisational Development professional and highly-qualified coach with over 20 years’ experience in the private and public sector. I currently work for Aware Super, one of Australia's largest industry superannuation funds, as Senior Manager, Organisational Development. I have worked across a broad range of industries, including Retail (Woolworths), Mining Services (Orica), FMCG (Coca-Cola Amatil), the public sector (NSW Treasury; NSW Health), and Financial Services (AMP, and now Aware Super).
