With over 30 years of work experience in the transportation, automotive and fracking industries, I have developed strong competencies in logical reasoning, policies and procedures, and oral communication. My mission is to provide excellent service and support to customers and technicians, and to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the garage and fleet. I enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where I can apply my skills and knowledge to solve problems and deliver results. For the past 6 years, I was the Mobile Maintenance Supervisor at Hill International Trucks, where I managed the schedule, payroll, invoicing, and parts ordering for up to 5 Mobile Technicians. This included full time data entry to complete all aspects of the job. I also tracked the maintenance needs of corporate customers and delivered parts to technicians on the road. I was responsible for ensuring the quality and timeliness of the work, and for maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. I demonstrated my logical reasoning skills by troubleshooting issues and finding solutions, my policies and procedures skills by adhering to the company's standards and regulations, and my oral communication skills by communicating effectively with customers, technicians, vendors, and management. I was a valued member of the company's safety committee and contributed to the improvement of the garage and fleet performance. At the current time I am unemployed due to changes in the companies leadership and job requirements.
