Having worked in recruitment for more years than I care to admit, I am now an Account Manager at Janire Business Solutions (JBS) where I have been successfully recruiting for 7 years. I offer a total recruitment solution for clients and candidates in the engineering industry, both within the UK and worldwide. I have successfully secured JBS to be on the preferred supplier list of several main dealerships and engineering companies, thanks to my honest and long-term relationships I have built with them. I have built a large database of candidates who may not be on the open market and work on referrals from successfully placed candidates. I have also lived abroad for ten years, which has enhanced my cultural awareness and communication skills. I am experienced in placing candidates in various sectors, including power, energy, mining and construction amongst others.
