About Melanie Halterman

I currently use my medical background and experience to accurately assess and adjust Personal Injury Protection claims. As a Member Representative, I developed community allies and empowered members to do the same. Worded to train and supervise member leaders, develop work issue campaigns, and enforce collective bargaining agreements. I also completed required paperwork, reports, and forms in a timely manner, and connected with members to assess, inoculate, and motivate them in one-on-one and group settings. Previously, I worked as a CPHT at Kaiser Permanente, where I answered patient calls and placed orders for delivery, processed electronic prescriptions, resolved issues, and worked on the production floor. I am passionate about improving the working conditions and well-being of workers, and I bring a diverse perspective and experience from my background in criminal justice and pharmacy. I value collaboration, support, and empowerment, and I strive to make a positive impact on the organization and the community.
