I hate to see people in pain, physically or emotionally. My goal is to help you feel better in your body and your mind. Maybe we get you out of pain, or we reduce your stress level, or we put you in touch with your body again. Rolfing is wonderful that way, it can be different things to different people and yet it all starts with putting you at ease with gravity. I will use my hands, or my elbows to release the soft tissue that is tight, short, long, stuck on pretty much your entire body. I will definitely hit spots where you'll think "I didn't even know that place could hurt!" And yet I will do it in a way that is not painful, sometimes challenging though, but always respectful of your comfort and body.
