I am a Senior Benefits Analyst at AMERICAN SYSTEMS, a leading provider of government IT and engineering solutions, where I design, implement, and manage benefit programs that meet the needs of the company and its employees. With over eight years of case management experience across different fields, I have developed core competencies in compliance and pricing, account management, and claims review. In my current role, I ensure compliance of benefit plans with current legislation and policies, such as COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, and ADA, and coordinate with vendors to resolve any issues. I also conduct research and analysis on benefit benchmarks, trends, and policies, and make recommendations to update current processes and materials. Additionally, I partner with other teams within HR to prepare, coordinate, and maintain all benefit communications and trainings.
