Hi, I'm Melanie Jarreau, the Director of Specialized Administration at S&W. My journey with S&W began 33 years ago while I was still in high school, and since then, I've had the privilege to grow within the company. Alongside my work, I pursued and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a Master's of Business Administration from Southeastern Louisiana University. Over the years, I've held various positions, leading up to my current role overseeing Communications, Trade Spend, and IT. From 2005 to 2008, I served as Chairperson of the Louisiana Emergency Management Services for Children, where I was part of the team that established the Louisiana Emergency Response Network (LERN).
