I have worked in the fashion retail industry for 15 years in various positions, including store management, stock management and loss prevention. After challenging myself in so many different areas of the retail sector, I decided it was time to use the skills that I have built and take my career in a different direction. I began studying a Bachelor of Business, majoring in human resources at Victoria University in 2021. My passion has always been in people, I have been fortunate enough over the years, to manage a number of different teams. The most rewarding part of my position has always been watching my teams grow and develop. This is why I have chosen HR as the area I would like to work in, I have a special interest in the area of workplace culture and am hoping to be able to gain experience in that area upon completion of my degree in 2024.
