For nearly six years, I’ve worked directly with individuals and families impacted by trauma, violence, and systemic barriers—offering care, advocacy, and support when they needed it most. This experience has shaped how I view leadership: as a responsibility to center people, listen deeply, and act with purpose. Now, as I pursue my Master’s in Public Administration (graduating December 2025), I’m building on that foundation to transition into roles where I can drive systems-level change. I’m especially passionate about equity, mental health, and creating programs that serve communities with compassion and accountability. My shift from direct service to strategic leadership isn’t a departure—it’s a continuation of my commitment to public good. Through policy, program design, evaluation, or corporate social responsibility, I’m ready to bring a front-line perspective to decision-making tables.
