Over twenty years of financial services experience.(CIP & PFPc). Known for- Gathering, analyzing, and assessing change impacts for highly impacted divisions in corporate transformation- Leveraging technology to produce attractive, functional collateral- Keeping change tactics succinct with Message Maps and other deliverables- Supporting leadership in multiple portfolios with transformation change plans.* Experienced in Agile change deployment, utilizing M365 Apps in change plan rollouts.* An enthusiastic change networker, supporting change influencers to successfully implement and reinforce change.* Excellent at stakeholder engagement, building and maintaining relationships at the highest level.* Use of data analytics and business analysis to examine transformation employee survey results and deliver data-driven suggestions and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders for strategic action planning. My nonprofit board experiences in policy and governance have aided in building my commitment to servient leadership from a corporate perspective, while my experiences as a Senior Adjuster, Claims Trainer, and Insurance Institute Instructor have provided me with a deeper understanding of how to support the diverse needs of staff from a learning lens.
