Twenty years of building revenue, leading teams, and opening new markets from Washington D.C. to London has given me an unusual combination of skills: I can sell complex, high-value solutions to C-suite executives, manage the relationships that keep them renewing year after year, and design the training and engagement frameworks that drive real customer adoption.My career has taken me from selling research memberships to CHROs and CCOs at Gartner (then CEB) across 16 global practice areas, to leading EdTech partnerships at StraighterLine, to now serving as Senior Account Director at Ripple Operations where I manage enterprise accounts and drive new business for purpose-built SaaS solutions covering maritime HR, crew management, and compliance.What ties all of it together is an ability to translate complex software into real operational value for the people buying it and to build the kind of executive relationships that hold through contract renewals, price increases, and everything in between.I am passionate about the intersection of technology and maritime operations and am always interested in connecting with others working in crew management, vessel operations, and marine technology.
