With a decade of experience leading best-in-class Donor Relations programs at some of Canada's most trusted national charities, I excel in leading teams to create powerful donor experiences that improve retention and inspire giving. I've provided advice, expertise and senior managerial oversight of key Donor Relations and Development decisions, initiatives and resource management at non-profits for more than a decade. With 20 years of progressive experience in the charitable sector, I am a passionate and continuous learner: I work hard to anticipate needs, stay ahead of the curve and bring forward new ideas. Today's philanthropy is about relationships, not transactions: I put the power of storytelling to work to raise funds, take a comprehensive view of programs to prime them for growth, and use data to drive donor-centricity. I believe that each element of a fundraising program can, and should, lift the others - and I excel in helping charities do just that.
