Promoting and implementing evidence-based person-centred care within a range of health and social care environments. I have managed specialist forensic services for many years, and in more recent years managing learning disability & autism service provision. My expertise lies in ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of critical services, providing immediate support and interventions. Throughout my career I have demonstrated exceptional leadership skills in guiding and inspiring teams to deliver high quality care and support. I am adept at implementing operational strategies that optimise resource allocation, streamline processes and enhance overall service delivery. Additionally, I have a proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders. My passion for the social care sector drives me to continually seek innovative ways to improve services and reduce barriers to individuals who have care and support needs.
