Key Contributions: • Co-led development of best practice protocol for suicide risk assessment, including training 400+ MPS staff members; resulted in 500 more students receiving intervention in year one of implementation and situations identified and intervened upon since 2016 • Led team in researching non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) and secured consultation of international expert to assist in development of NSSI risk assessment protocol; conceptualized and constructed MPS NSSI Risk Assessment Tool based on best-practice model; co-led implementation, including training 350+ staff members • Designed and delivered curriculum for 5 graduate training courses for innovative school psychology graduate program; hybrid model has led to a three-fold increase in enrollment of students from underrepresented groups compared to other programs and has increased access to the school psychology field in Wisconsin • Led data collection and analysis of cultural competency ratings of MPS school psychologists; data used to target professional development needs of department • Supervised 30+ practicum students through completion of complex assessment cases in MPS
