I am dedicated to helping individuals discover and harness their inner strength and empowerment. Grounded in curiosity and rooted in connection, I believe that exploring and embracing one’s sexuality — whether solo or with partners — can be a powerful journey towards self-empowerment and fulfillment. My mission is to be a supportive ally in this process, guiding clients to access their inner resources and cultivate meaningful connections both within themselves and others. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of VA license number 0701013754. I have been practicing for three years in various settings to include residential care, community health, and private practice settings seeing individuals, couples, and families. I am bilingual in Spanish and English and have experience supporting clients navigate relational trauma, sexual challenges, post traumatic stress disorder, ARFID, Bulimia, Anorexia, disordered eating, alcohol use, neurodivergence, immigration trauma, intimate partner violence, and infidelity. I have completed certificates in Sex Informed Therapy Professional, Internal Family Systems Informed Therapy, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
