About Melina Schofield

I was born in Germany and moved to the US when I was 3 years old. I grew up in Las Vegas, NV and New Orleans, LA before I was displaced, in 2006, due to Hurricane Katrina. I graduated from Bedford High in Bedford, Massachusetts.Growing up I held jobs in retail, sales/marketing, accounting, and administration. I received my Bachelors of Science at Louisiana State University in Elementary Education in 2010. After graduation, I worked as a flight attendant for 2 years for US Airways and Delta Airlines. After that, I settled down in Massachusetts and started working in the school systems as a teaching assistant while getting my certification transferred. I received my Masters in Special Education Moderate Disabilities Pk-8 in 2016 and worked in the Massachusetts school system from January 2013 - December 2021. In January of 2022, I accepted a position with BJ's Wholesale Headquarters as an Associate Data Services Analyst. I bring my knowledge of data collection/analysis, collaboration, and designing and implementing curriculum to the world of merchandising. I currently hold the title of Assistant Merchant of Beer, Wine, and Spirits.
