As a Program Liason Manager my journey has been a transformative one, where I have honed my expertise in family and community engagement to most recently spearhead program recruitment and onboarding. My tenure has been marked by a deep commitment to fostering partnerships that empower Head Start programs, guided by my skills in partnership building, conflict resolution and effective communication. Leading with a Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential and as a Portage Project Family Service Credential Trainer, our team has excelled in data-driven quality improvement, a testament to our collaborative efforts to enhance the lives of children and families. This work is not just a job—it's a passion for making a lasting impact in early childhood education and more importantly, the families that we served.
