About Melisa Corrigan

I have dual citizenship – my mother is Italian and my father is Irish – which helps me greatly in understanding what it means to work between different cultures. In fact, within the companies I have worked for, I have always been the “bridge” between cultures and countries, able to adapt global strategies to local markets, and interpret needs based on culture and context. Over the last 20 years, I have worked to build a cross-functional profile in the fields of Public Relations and Communication, characterized by excursions into several sectors (security, aviation, healthcare, tourism.). I believe this has helped me develop creativity, open-mindedness, the ability to think outside the box, and a good intuition for identifying new opportunities. I have experience working in a multicultural environment and cross-functionally, collaborating with all company departments. I have a strong aptitude for establishing relationships based on trust and empathy (with customers, partners, and colleagues). I possess leadership and team-building qualities, always supporting team members and inspiring them to achieve their targets and be part of the team: we win together. I have a good aptitude for influencing others' behavior while always respecting their points of view. I am an adaptable and open-minded person who embraces new challenges with a positive, can-do attitude. I have a strong ability to develop solid relationships at all levels, tailoring solutions or proposals based on the audience, and managing priorities and deadlines under stress with a problem-solving attitude and innovative thinking.
