I’ve spent 14 years contributing to the field of healthcare through medical management and dynamic leadership. As a leader, I have held key positions in healthcare management, driving organizational success through visionary leadership. I enjoy spearheading teams with a focus on fostering a collaborative and patient-centric approach. For the past 1.5 years I have been helping individuals access mental health and substance use treatment as as Outreach Coordinator and Business Development for The Raleigh House at Montana. At the core of my professional journey lies a deep-seated passion for advocating mental health and substance use treatment, and connecting individuals to treatment and services, both in Montana and when needed, outside of the state. My efforts have included learning about and collaborating with community organizations, policymakers, and mental health professionals to promote awareness, reduce barriers to treatment and make important connections. Throughout my career, leadership and advocacy has translated into tangible results. Whether it be implementing evidence-based practices, expanding treatment options, or developing strategic partnerships. I have consistently delivered positive outcomes for both healthcare organizations and the individuals they serve. My unwavering dedication to improving access to mental health and substance abuse treatment is a commitment that I strive to achieve each and every day. I hope to stand as a beacon of positive change in the healthcare and MH/SUD treatment industry.
