I am my self coined term, a "COLLABICATOR", referring to my strong collaboration and communication skills. I am a project manager with extensive client relations experience. My experience, along with my empathetic nature, allows me to not only build new client relationships, but to also cultivate current relationships with stakeholders to build trust and loyalty to my company's brand. In my career, I have been deemed a great leader because I jump into the trenches with my team. I demonstrate that I am a PART of the team, just like everyone else, and build the trust that I am here to help everyone win. This camaraderie motivates my colleagues to work smarter and harder to get the job done. Execution for a common goal is one of the most satisfying parts of project management. I am a dedicated and organized problem solver, always wanting to know "Why?" and "How?" I have proven to be a critical thinker throughout my projects, which has allowed me to stay on schedule to meet deadlines and minimize scope creep.
