About Melisa Olson Prevost

I love working with people to help identify how and if an MBA is the right next step. And then helping my clients tell their authentic story throughout the application journey. As a Senior Admissions Counselor I have worked with clients from around the world and of all backgrounds to identify and achieve their career goals. A collaborator and strategic problem solver with over 20 years of experience across retail, consumer products and education environments, I enjoy working as a ‘translator’ on cross-functional teams to build relationships and drive results. Having lived in internationally and in over 15 cities across the US, I enjoy helping diverse teams interpret and develop solutions focusing on metrics as a baseline for understanding. I have implemented new systems, hardware, processes and programs at LL Bean, Nike and Home Depot as well as helped develop education solutions in Gibraltar and New York. Colleagues know me as a highly collaborative partner who continually strives for improvement and challenges the status quo. I focus on understanding the key factors on all sides of an issue to help everyone come up with goals and targets that move a business forward.
