In her 35+ years of experience in the commercial real estate economics and appraisal/valuation field, Ms. Bach has worked in the areas of litigation support and testimony, providing analyses for complex litigation, eminent domain, bankruptcy, and specialized projects.Qualified as an expert witness by United States District Court of Federal Claims, United States Tax Court, United States Bankruptcy Court, various Superior Courts, American Arbitration Association, and Superior Court of Justice (Canada). Prepares feasibility and land use studies. Provides due diligence, expert testimony and other analytical and advisory services involving highly individualized problems.• Litigation – Designated as an appraiser/real estate expert witness in a variety of valuation and real estate economics related disputes, as well as provides rebuttal witness testimony and consulting.• Eminent Domain – Values and consults on numerous properties for purposes including direct takings, inverse condemnations, loss of amenity (e.g, view, access, convenience), and external influences.
