About Melissa Baker

I graduated with an AA in Exercise Science at Santa Fe College. Then, I graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelors's in Health Education and Behavior. That was only the beginning of my passionately curious adventure into my career. I'm a Certified Hatha and Kundalini Yoga Instructor, Ayurveda Life Coach, Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), Certified Digital Wellness Coach, and Real Estate Agent. My professional goals center around improving the health and well-being of individuals and populations with honesty and authenticity. Specifically, I focus on people's relationships with their inner screen, and the digital screens all around us. In addition, I thrive when I am able to help people feel at home within themselves, and their environment. Every day, I put my heart into the work I engage as GroupFit Manager and a Wellness Entrepreneur. Clients describe me as centered, an excellent communicator, and determined. When I take off all the hats and roles I play in life, I love nature, cooking, tennis, yoga, writing, beaches, connecting with my Partner and Son. I believe we all need disconnection with screens every once in a while to nurture ourselves & create freedom physically, mentally, emotionally, financially, and in all that we do!
