People are my passion! My career in Human Resources has always been driven by a deep love for connecting with people—a skill that started in childhood, whether making friends on the sky train or chatting with strangers in the supermarket. My decade in hospitality sharpened those skills before launching me into the world of HR. In my current role at The Radius Group, one of my greatest joys is expanding our team by finding and onboarding exceptional talent. Watching these individuals thrive in their roles and seamlessly integrate into our unique culture is the ultimate reward. Transforming HR is my mission. I want to break the traditional perception of HR and create a department that employees are eager to visit, knowing they will be genuinely supported and cared for. Our team is dedicated to elevating the employee experience and fostering a vibrant culture that inspires enthusiasm and belonging. With over 10 years of progressive HR experience, I’ve found my true calling in supporting others. Helping people enjoy their work environment as much as possible is a responsibility I deeply cherish—second only to being a proud wife and mother! Outside of work, I’m passionate about giving back. Whether through volunteering, organizing fundraisers, or using my HR expertise to assist others with their resumes, interview prep, or career journeys, I love making a positive impact in any way I can.
