About Melissa Benson

With over six years of experience as an office administrator, I have developed strong skills in scheduling, event management, reporting, and team building. I currently work at Expressive Therapies, a mental health organization that provides counseling and creative arts therapy to individuals and groups. I support the daily operations of the office, coordinate with therapists and clients, and maintain a welcoming and organized environment. In addition to my administrative role, I am also a passionate trauma informed yoga teacher and Reiki master. I have completed multiple certifications in yoga, Reiki, and children's yoga, and I have a deep interest in Ayurveda and holistic wellness. I offer yoga and Reiki services to the Fox Cities and surrounding communities, through my own small business and as a teacher at local yoga studios. I aim to create a safe space for students and clients to connect mind, body, and spirit, and to foster healing and empowerment.
