Few highlights of my career are: I mitigated regulatory risks by increasing Quality Assurance (QA) firm-wide standards through clarification of policies and procedures across departments. I developed and updated questionnaires, custom loan data fields, audits, and data while serving as a subject matter expert for Automated Compliance Evaluation System (ACES) management. I delivered training to team members on client-centered system testing, QA applications and processes management, exceptional customer service, and change management.
