After 7+ years as a social media manager building influencer partnerships and driving brand awareness through innovative content, I pivoted into tech - landing at Hootsuite, the very platform I trusted for years. I began as a Customer Success Manager, helping enterprise customers unlock the full value of social: boosting adoption, strengthening engagement strategies, and proving ROI. Along the way, I discovered what makes Hootsuite special: its culture, its people, and its vision. Today, I lead a team of Engagement Managers within our Professional Services department, guiding global organizations through seamless transitions to Hootsuite. We blend change management expertise with strategic consulting, ensuring our customers don’t just adopt technology. They transform how they connect with the world. As a leader, I believe the best results come when people feel supported, inspired, and heard. I lead with heart, integrity, and authenticity - values that shape every decision and every interaction.
