I have dedicated fifteen years towards non-profit management in the San Francisco Bay Area. I strive to honor diversity and inclusivity guide my managerial style. I strongly believe in producing high-quality work that enhances an organization's impact. My skill set includes fundraising, developing, training and facilitating programs in order to effectively achieve a nonprofit's mission. I have a history of increasing revenue, doubling enrollment numbers in programs, and providing above-average client satisfaction. Teamwork and collaboration are important pillars in my work environment, however, I am also perfectly comfortable working individually and/or remotely. It is important to me to develop a professional yet personable relationship with colleagues and staff.
