As an experienced Executive I lead enterprise-wide innovation and business development strategies, including the creation of a Philanthropy and Partnerships Engagement Framework and delivery of high-level proposals, tenders, and co-funding arrangements. Previously, I led the development of Australia’s largest PHN grants program at HNECC PHN, growing it from concept to a $12M+ commissioning instrument and unlocking $20M+ in new funding. A skilled partnership broker, I initiated the first-ever PHN–philanthropy co-investment with NIB Foundation. I also convened the inaugural national PHN and Philanthropy as Partners forum, bringing together 21 PHNs and 15+ philanthropic bodies to strengthen collaboration and diversify health funding sources. My strategic leadership extends to designing high-profile programs and events such as the Primary Care Quality and Innovation Awards, where I raised $100K in corporate sponsorship, and leading COVID recovery initiatives that strengthened primary care resilience post-pandemic. I’ve also held national business development roles, securing over $50M in contracts and pioneering service expansion across states and service areas.
