About Melissa Crespo

With over two decades of dedicated service at Constant, I've cultivated a comprehensive understanding of finance and accounting, evolving from entry-level roles in bookkeeping and office administration to overseeing a magnitude of responsibilities in finance and accounting management, with a focus on driving operational excellence and strategic growth. My journey has been marked by hands-on experience across various departments, including contracts/customer service, risk management, human resource, compliance, datacenters, system administration, and development. Currently entrusted with overseeing day-to-day accounting operations and month-end processes, I also oversee the Accounts Payable department, leveraging my strong work ethic and effective time management skills to contribute seamlessly wherever assistance is required. Serving as the primary person for our annual audits, I ensure meticulous attention to detail and compliance standards while actively engaging in special projects within our department. With a consistent background in the cloud industry and a reputation for professionalism, approachability, and positivity, I am passionate about contributing to the success and growth of our organization.
