I provide general human resources related consultation and services to assigned client base enforcing company policies and procedures, including federal, state, and local regulations. I Counsel and advises management and employees on appropriate HR policies, procedures and legal considerations to ensure that equal employment opportunity and affirmative action efforts are met and conforms to applicable laws and regulations. I maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state and local regulations concerning various aspects of human resources and employment law. I develop and maintain working relationships with professional recruiters, university representatives and other referral sources. I direct the recruiting process which includes candidate sourcing, resume review, interview scheduling, candidate evaluation/testing, and offer process.
