Melissa is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis. Melissa currently serves as a Medical Director and subject matter expert for ABA at CareSource. She has 20 years of extensive experience in the field, covering a wide range of roles, including online master's level instruction, supervision of BCBA students and RBTs, school-based BCBA work, community-based BCBA services, and clinic-based practice.Melissa was the 2022 president of the Kentucky Association of Behavior Analysis (KYABA) and is an experienced Clinical Director with a strong track record in staff training, mentoring, coaching, and leadership. She has a documented history of launching an Early Intervention Clinic, helping to grow it from a single client to over 40 clients and staff, while managing daily operations and overseeing staff training.Melissa possesses expertise in Parent Education, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Developmental Disabilities, Behavior Skills Training (BST), Pyramidal Training, ACTr, and Positive Behavior Support. She is also proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and clinical applications.A dedicated advocate for values-based services, Melissa is committed to increasing access to high-quality behavioral health services for individuals in need.
