About Melissa Dillon
Started eighteen years ago as a supervisor with Rite Aid, working my way up to store manager within four years. Being a military wife at the time made my career challenging with lots of moving around. I was very flexible, being able to move down to a supervisor again and work my way back up to store manager with each military transfer. On our move to Hawaii I had to leave Rite Aid and started working with AFFES, the military retail store on base. I was head of the merchandising team, and enjoyed the many other tasks my manager challenged me with. I stayed with AFFES with the transfer back to the mainland, working Loss prevention on the Army/ Air Force bases stores. Rite Aid recruited me back a short time later and I continue my career with them now.
