After 19 years of hands-on marketing experience in the A/E/P Industry, in 2009 I switched gears and became involved in the Senior Living Community. First as the Sales & Marketing Director, then as the Executive Director for a stand-alone Personal Care home that focused on working with individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's in a secure environment.
