About Melissa Dunham

With over 20 years of experience in information technology, I am a skilled leader and strategist in IT support, service management, and operations. I have successfully led and developed large-scale teams and organizations to deliver exceptional customer experience, continuous improvement, and process efficiency. I am currently the Senior Director of IT Support and Services at Jamf, a leading provider of Apple enterprise management solutions. At Jamf, I oversee the global IT operations, support, and service level management, ensuring alignment with business needs and customer satisfaction. I leverage my years of ITIL experience and my extensive knowledge of support platforms and tools, such as ServiceNow, Jira, Salesforce, and Microsoft PowerBI, to design and implement innovative and effective support solutions. I also foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and diversity, as the Co-President of the Historic Frenchtown Association and the VP of Proud@Jamf, an employee resource group for the LGBTQ+ community and allies. My mission is to empower and enable my teams, my customers, and my community to achieve their goals and potential.
