I am a senior HR executive with 18+ years of experience leading people strategy, workforce transformation, and culture change across corporate, nonprofit, and global organizations. I have served as CHRO, HR Director, and consultant for multi-site and international businesses, advising CEOs, boards, and ownership groups on talent, compliance, and organizational growth. My expertise spans union and non-union environments, global HRBP leadership, compensation and benefits, and culture transformation. I’ve built inclusive, people-centered systems that deliver measurable results, from boosting engagement from 19% to 90% at Clorox, to cutting $2M in ACA penalties at SLH, to onboarding 3,500+ clinicians during a national crisis. Beyond HR leadership, I am also a professional strongman competitor who has been featured in books, publications, and media not just for setting records but for overcoming adversity and achieving at the world’s highest levels. I have competed in elite events such as World’s Strongest Woman, The Arnold, and America’s Strongest Woman. My athletic career has taught me resilience, discipline, and the power of community, lessons I bring directly into my HR leadership philosophy.
