About Melissa Esteves

I have been working in the fields of marketing and operations for over 3 years. My career growth has been primarily focused on project management and client relations. I am also a graduate from the University of Western Ontario, who studied Business Management and Organizational Studies with a specialization in Consumer Behaviour. My program provided me with an understanding of the multiplicity of factors that influence consumer purchases. In addition, I gained knowledge of various techniques employed to attract and serve customers thus forming the basis for strategic marketing decisions. I take pride in my creativity and my ambition to learn. I am continuously building upon my organizational and communication skills necessary to achieve my goals in account management.
