Experienced in coaching business owners to higher levels of growth and success, I am proud to be Director of Field Operations with the franchise system of City Wide Facility Solutions. A key player in building resources and training Operations personnel, I am passionate about seeing the talented members of the Operations side of the business succeed. I have developed and delivered Leadership Training and have been a key player in building customer and employee experience programs. I am experienced in facilitating business training workshops, including for organizations such as The US Airforce Exchange, Social Security Administration, USDA, WalMart, Wellmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield and New Jersey Power and Light. As a District Manager for H&R Block I was recognized for exceeding targets and positively leading my teams to high performance. I believe in a smart, innovative approach to business management and the City Wide franchise system offers great support to its owners. Specializing in developing leadership skills in others as well as creating positive employee cultures, not just managing people. I believe in the power of strong communication skills and have experience in public speaking, training large groups, organizing efficient and productive work sessions and meetings. I have completed training to become a Registered Corporate Coach specializing in goal achievement, priority setting and effectiveness skills. I also have 10+ years in the Tourism and Destination Marketing industry, winning numerous awards for marketing campaigns and development. The work I did with boards of directors for these "not for profit" tourism marketing organizations was where I developed my intense interest in leadership development, strategic planning and goal achievement.
