Based in Tucson, AZ. Melissa works with a variety of service professionals and solutioning teams to implement complex converged and hyper-converged solutions in enterprise customer environments. Melissa has over 10 years of industry experience in program/project management with Dell Technologies working with top enterprise customers in the Central/West Divisions. During her tenure, she focused on delivering world class project management, driving margin and improving customer satisfaction. After 2 years with the EMC Central Team, she joined VCE (the Cisco, VMware, EMC joint venture business) mastering complex converged products/programs during a time of unprecedented growth. After 3 years with VCE, Melissa stepped in as the Residency Practice Lead for Deployment Services in the West and the Converged Infrastructure business focusing on building delivery process and profitably growing the business. Melissa began her career at APL Ltd, an international container shipping and logistics company, learning the ins and outs of shipping routes, trade tariffs, intermodal operations and customs clearances. While working full-time, Melissa attended the University of Denver's Executive MBA program and received an MBA with a focus in Strategic Healthcare Management in 2012
