About Melissa Flexsenhar

I began my Real Estate career in 2002 working for a builder doing new home sales and on site sales in a gated community. After a couple years of new construction I made the jump to a traditional real estate career. Before getting my real estate license I worked for a title company owned by a large developer in the area. I specialize in Residential Real Estate in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs and Naples with a strong emphasis in the gated golf course community of Renaissance and Waterfront high rise communities up and down the SW Florida rivers and coast line. I help buyers and sellers from all over the world achieve their real estate and investment goals. I grew up in the Midwest, in a suburb of Des Moines Iowa. I moved to the Fort Myers area in 1998 and began my real estate career in 2002. I have wonderful family and friends whom I enjoying spending my free time with. I love the freedom and the sense of accomplishment of helping people find their dream home. I love to travel and spend time with my 2 dogs enjoying all of the wonderful adventures SW Florida has to offer.
