Below I’ve listed some accomplishments from my tenure at AstraZeneca (AZ) that underscore my ability to elevate ClinOps performance through outstanding strategy and people leadership: • Drove industry-leading portfolio delivery through exceptional clinical strategy execution, achieving an industry record for clinical study startup time and patient recruitment volume, recruiting at 165% above the industry standard in 2024. Led the ClinOps Site Management & Monitoring (SMM) group to achieve #1 delivery across 40+ global markets. • Created a highly engaged, future-orientated One Global SMM organization, achieving the highest employee engagement scores at AZ YoY on our internal PULSE surveys of division staff members. Recognized in 2022 for building the highest-performing leadership team as measured by an external, research-based Group Development Questionnaire. • Accelerated the global portfolio by creating and developing a patient- and site-centric SMM strategy, which drove development of the ClinOps strategy and was recognized both internally and externally for outstanding innovation. Listened actively to clinical sites, study participants, and AZ stakeholders across 40+ markets and utilized these key insights to inform and align corporate SMM with global TA planning and site-level trial execution.
